The clients were dissatisfied with their speakers' performance and their lack of engagement
during training sessions. Speakers were merely memorizing slide content instead of deeply

understanding research findings, resulting in their inability to captivate and engage audiences
effectively.
Our task was to develop an efficient training method to help speakers:
1. Better comprehend materials
2. Convey critical information engagingly and convincingly
3. Feel enthusiastic about the learning process

We developed a modular system of speaker trainings that leverages various interactive
formats. This approach allows for natural participant engagement in the process without
emphasizing traditional learning methods.
By transforming routine learning into an inspiring, interactive "mix-and-match" program, we
empowered speakers to master the art of impactful and compelling communication.

Focus on Engagement Rather Than Lectures
Tasks are designed to repeatedly bring attention back to key content provided by the client and reinforce acquired knowledge.

Modular Approach to Learning
The program includes various formats to choose from:

The client struggled to boost digital engagement among key opinion leaders (KOLs). Traditional
formats like webinars and online meetings were failing to deliver the desired level of interaction.
Additionally, balancing KOLs' time constraints with collaboration needs proved challenging.
Our task was to develop an efficient digital strategy to:
1. Increase KOL engagement in digital channels
2. Create more flexible and effective interaction formats

We developed an integrated approach featuring a series of interconnected digital activities
based on asynchronous interaction. This strategy allows for natural expert participation without
the need for frequent online meetings.
By reimagining KOL engagement through a flexible, asynchronous digital program, we enabled
experts to collaborate effectively while accommodating their busy schedules.

The process of expert interaction is optimized: participant workload is minimized, the need for frequent video calls is eliminated.

Created important clinical documents (treatment protocols) beneficial to both the client and the physician community.

The client received an effective digital strategy that can be scaled to other projects.

Traditional advisory boards face systemic limitations:
1. Scheduling conflicts: Experts' busy schedules make simultaneous gatherings nearly
impossible.
2. Time constraints: Limited meeting duration restricts full expression of views.
3. Lack of reflection time: Complex questions require deep thought, literature review, and
peer consultation – unfeasible within a typical meeting format.
Our task was to create a solution that allows experts to collaborate deeply and flexibly,
overcoming the constraints of traditional advisory boards.

Asynchronous Advisory Board
We developed an online platform where experts can discuss materials and share opinions
at their convenience. This format is suitable for both short discussions lasting a few days and continuous interactions ranging from several weeks to ongoing advisory boards.

Content Sharing
Presentations, research, and documents are published on the platform.
Experts can review and study materials at their convenience.

Question Responses
Open-ended questions in the Classic Advisory Board format without predetermined
answer options.

Closed questions in the Delphi Advisory Board format, requiring selection from
multiple choices.

Discussion Formats
Structured discussion: The moderator defines topics or sections where experts
express their views sequentially.
Expert forum: Free-form discussion, allowing comments on colleagues' thoughts and probing questions.

Collaborative Document Work
Documents can be commented on and edited directly on the platform.
All changes and comments are recorded, ensuring process transparency.

Flexible Timelines
Discussions can last from days to weeks, allowing experts time for in-depth analysis and
argument development.
Ongoing advisory board: experts interact regularly, addressing client questions as they arise.

Experts gained the ability to study materials and provide well-considered responses
comfortably, drawing on additional literature and their experience.

1. The coordination process became more straightforward by eliminating the need to schedule a single meeting time for all experts.

Thus, the asynchronous format enabled flexible, convenient, and productive expert interaction, increased participation levels, and improved the quality of final recommendations.

The client faced a challenge: their long, formal materials were rarely read, and standard
email newsletters had low open rates.
The objective was to present information concisely yet effectively, capturing recipients'
interest while providing access to more detailed content if desired.

We proposed a new format of short messages, based on the principle of "tweeting«, but adapted for for messenger platforms.
This approach allows users to receive brief, illustrative content and go step-by-step deeper into the material depending on their interest.

Messenger messages received more views and retained attention due to their concise format and visual infographics.

The number of clicks to detailed information and downloads of full materials increased. Thus, adapting the «tweet» format for messengers significantly improved engagement without overwhelming the audience with excessive information. Users could choose their preffered level of detail, while the client achieved better reach and deeper interest in their materials.
