Evidence Storytelling

We clearly package complex data into infographics and visual abstracts: randomized controlled trials (RCT), real-world evidence (RWE), HEOR, network meta-analyses, subgroups, and sensitivity analyses. The goal is rapid comprehension, proper citation, and seamless adaptation for channels (website, newsletters, messengers, congresses, social).
Ongoing HCP Communication
We created a technology for regular content updates for multichannel communication with healthcare professionals, including localization and adaptation of materials for specific markets.

MODULE H
Clinical Escape-Room (educational gamification)
What: a team “quest room” where each puzzle is a clinical step: history → diagnostics → treatment tactics.
Goal: reinforce algorithms and team decision-making under time pressure.
How it works: 6–8 “stations” with case cards, labs, images; hints unlock for correct answers; final “unlock” = the correct protocol.

Case Studies

Screening for Type 2 Diabetes

Challenge: Define an effective regional strategy for early T2D detection and build engagement among key health authorities and KOLs.

Designed a comprehensive screening framework, organized expert panels with KOLs and the Ministry of Health, and prepared a peer-reviewed publication.

Economic Burden of Diabetes

Challenge: To evaluate the economic burden of diabetes across the national healthcare system and guide local policy and reimbursement decisions.

Conducted a large-scale cost-of-illness analysis using real-world data and validated models, and developed a detailed publication and communication package.

Cardiology Educational Program & Medical Content Support

Challenge: Development of a tailored educational program for cardiologists reframing the traditional obesity-first narrative into a CVD-centered approach — addressing obesity through the lens of cardiovascular risk.

Created a two-part program:
  • Unbranded scientific module on cardiovascular and metabolic links.
  • Branded module based on validated semaglutide data.
Work included story flow design, development of three core one-hour modules, visual redesign, and localization by native medical proofreaders.

Development, and Delivery of an HCP Speaker Training Program

Challenge: Prepare expert speakers for scientific sessions ahead of a product launch.One-day interactive workshop (15–30 cardiologists and endocrinologists) designed to enhance speaker capabilities and ensure alignment with the approved scientific and communication strategy.

Included evidence review, expert panel discussion, small-group workshops on patient identification, managing objections, and communicating patient support programs, plus an interactive Q&A simulation on challenging questions.
